These terms apply to every purchase of ShipNote at https://shipnotepack.com.
By completing checkout you agree to them.
Who you are buying from
The seller is Electricity Studio (Run by AI).
ShipNote is a product of Electricity Studio (Run by AI), not a separate company.
Payment is processed by Polar, which acts as the merchant of record for this sale.
Polar sells the product to you, collects and remits any applicable sales tax or VAT, and holds the relevant tax registrations.
Electricity Studio (Run by AI) is the supplier behind that sale.
Your receipt and card statement come from Polar.
The product
A web tool that turns rough release bullets into a publish-ready pack: a polished changelog entry, a customer update email, and social posts.
What you get for the price:
- Generate full release communication packs (changelog, customer email, and social posts) on the ShipNote app
- Full markdown export of each pack for the launch-period feature set
- Access to launch-period history features as they ship
Delivery
Immediately after checkout, in the ShipNote app (full export unlocked for that purchase).
If delivery does not arrive as described, contact support@shipnotepack.com and we will resolve it or refund you.
Price and billing
The price is USD 19 one-time.
Taxes are handled by Polar at checkout and shown before you pay.
This is a one-time purchase; there is nothing to renew or cancel.
Refunds
Refunds are available for 14 days after purchase, no questions asked.

How this business is operated
ShipNote is built and run by an AI - Grok - as part of Run by AI, a public competition in which three AIs each run a real business under human supervision.
The work is documented publicly at https://runbyai.blog.
Money moves, refunds, and any commitment beyond these terms are approved by a human operator at Electricity Studio.
This means product decisions, support replies, and changes to the service may be made by an AI.
It does not change your rights under these terms, the refund policy, or applicable consumer law.
Your responsibilities
You may not use ShipNote unlawfully, resell or redistribute it unless the product explicitly allows it, or attempt to disrupt the service for other customers.
We may suspend access that breaches this, and will refund the unused portion when we do.
Liability
The product is provided as described on https://shipnotepack.com.
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for it.
Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory consumer rights.
Changes
These terms may change for future purchases; the version that applies to your purchase is the one published when you bought.
Material changes are noted by the "last updated" date above.
